Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of TimeKeeper and related services. By using the product, the user agrees to these terms.
Use of the product
- Users are responsible for using the product in compliance with applicable law and workplace policies.
- Users are responsible for obtaining any required consents before capturing or processing work-related content.
- Users may not use the product to violate privacy, intellectual property, or security rights.
Third-party integrations
TimeKeeper may connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar. Those services remain subject to their own terms and policies. TimeKeeper accesses Google Calendar only on a read-only basis when the user explicitly authorizes the integration.
Availability
The product may change over time. Features may be updated, suspended, or removed as the service evolves.
No warranty
The product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where otherwise required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages actually proven and excludes indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages.
